On November 10, 1950, the appellees, N. Pine and others, as owners of a two-story building on Central Avenue in Laurel, Mississippi, leased the west one-half of the first floor thereof to the appellant M. J. Walters, doing business as One Hour Cleaners, to be used in operating a pressing, cleaning and tailoring establishment. The lease was for a period of three years, beginning December 1, 1950.
