This case raises interesting questions about a trustee’s power to avoid a judicial lien in Georgia under the Bankruptcy Code’s strong-arm clause. Procedurally, this adversary proceeding is before the Court on plaintiffs motion for summary judgment. The Trustee filed a complaint to set aside a judgment lien recorded by defendant Frank Weyer two weeks before the debtor filed bankruptcy.
