MEMORANDUM DENYING MOTION TO VACATE ARBITRATOR’S OPINION AND AWARD
KNOX, District Judge.
This is an action brought under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 185 to vacate an arbitrator’s award. The movant, the Service Personnel and Employees of the Dairy Industry, Teamsters Local Union No. 205 (hereinafter the Union) filed a motion for summary judgment on February 28, 1977, based upon its original motion to vacate.
