WEICK, Circuit Judge.
This appeal is from an order~o'f the District Court granting defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiff’s amended complaint in which he sought to recover damages in the amount of $300,000 for the alleged violation of his civil rights. The complaint was filed under the authority of Title 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983,1985, and 1986.
The controversy grows out of an accident in which an automobile driven by plaintiff collided with one driven by defendant Shields in Ira Township, St. Clair County, Michigan.
