*313 *350 INTRODUCTION

Dominic L. Castellanos appeals his convictions in the district court for Lancaster County for possession of a firearm by a *351 prohibited person and possession of methamphetamine. He takes issue with the court's overruling his motion to suppress, allowing certain "[rule] 404 evidence" under the " 'inextricably intertwined' exception," and failing to give his proposed jury instructions on possession. Based on the reasons that follow, we affirm.
