The conclusions of the vice-chancellor show quite plainly the utter confusion in the affairs of the cemetery corporation which existed at the time those conclusions were filed, in May, 1931. We may add that the foreclosure decree of $39,706.29 was appealed to this court, but the appeal is listed as No. 130 at the present term and has not yet been reached for argument.
