This equity action was filed in the Breathitt circuit court by appellees and plaintiffs below, Abrelia Marcum et al. (referred-to in. the record as the “Mar-cum heirs”'), against the appellants and defendants below, Samp Moore et al. (referred to in the record as the “Spicer heirs”).
