Harriet C. Peck, a married woman, died December 25, 1903, testate. Probate of her will was granted, and Gardner S. Wainwright and Sáyles Nichols, the executors named in the will-, duly qualified as such.- By the will the surviving husband, Edward W. Peck, was given a life estate, subject to the payment of certain annuities.
