¶ 1. Defendants, Barrett and Linda Gregoire, sought to amend or set aside judgments of foreclosure in favor of plaintiff bank based on claims of fraud and misrepresentation. The trial court denied the motions. The bank filed a motion for a finding of default in connection with a post-foreclosure judgment stipulated order. The trial court granted that motion. On appeal, defendants argue that there was no final judgment so the order could be amended without resort to post-judgment proceedings, and even if it was a final order, the court erred in denying then-request for relief and in entering…
