This matter comes before the Court on the Response to Plaintiffs Motion to Disregard Arbitration Award and to Dismiss Plaintiffs Motion for a Hearing. On April 1, 1998, this Court denied the defendant’s motion to enter an arbitration award of child custody to the defendant. Mr. Horton, counsel for the defendant, had no time to prepare a response to the complainant’s opposition to the entry of the arbitration award.
