Emerson Electric Company d/b/a Chro-malox (Emerson) appeals from a judgment following jury verdict holding it liable for $285,000 in damages suffered by plaintiff International Adhesive Coating Company (International). The jury found that Emerson breached its warranties on an Emerson industrial boiler purchased by International, causing numerous disruptions in International’s manufacturing business.
