CRITZ, Judge.

This is an appeal from a Judgment of the district court of Young county, Tex. Originally three suits were filed in the same court; the three suits were consolidated and tried as one. There are many issues and parties which we shall not take the space to describe further than is necessary to make this opinion intelligible. The three original suits wore as follows:(1)Lee O.
