charging the jury:

This action was brought by the plaintiff against the defendant company for the recovery of damages which the plaintiff alleges he sustained by reason of the negligence of the defendant. It is charged by the plaintiff that in the afternoon of June 4, 1920, he was proceeding in his automobile from the grounds of the Wilmington Trap Shooters’ Association in Brandywine hunddred in this county, and in driving over the tracks of the defendant’s railway, where it crosses a roadway at a point very near the entrance to the grounds of said association, his automobile…
