This is an original proceeding in mandamus instituted by Chester R. Morris, Relator, against Honorable Herman Jones, Judge of the 53rd Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas, Dr. Sam A. Hoerster, Superintendent of the Austin State Hospital and John T.
