—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Alice Schlesinger, J.), entered on or about December 6, 1994, which granted defendants’ motion to change the venue of this action to Nassau County, is unanimously reversed, on the law, the facts and in the exercise of discretion, without costs, and the motion is denied.
