Plaintiff, claiming to be a creditor of the defendant, brought this suit, in the circuit court of the city of St. Louis, on November 26, 1920, by attachment against the defendant who was a nonresident of this State.

The grounds alleged for the attachment are that the defendant is not a resident of this State and that it is a corporation whose chief office or place of business is out of this State. The affidavit further alleges that the defendant is a corporation of the State of New Jersey and cannot be sued in this State in the manner prescribed in Chapter 21, Article 4, of the Revised…
