MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROBERT D. MARTIN, Chief Judge.

On May 17, 1990 the debtor, Philip M. Burgus, filed his chapter 7 petition in bankruptcy. According to the debtor’s schedules, he is employed as a factory worker/laborer and earns five hundred dollars per month in take-home pay. Also in his schedules, the debtor claimed a homestead exemption in a twenty-five acre parcel of land on which sit a house in which he lives, a well, a septic tank, and a shed.
