Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (McMahon, J.), rendered October 20, 1982, convicting him of two counts of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

On the basis of the present record, we cannot conclude that defendant was denied the effective assistance of counsel. The only error raised by defendant is that counsel allowed him to waive his right against self-incrimination and testify at the trial of another charged with the same crimes.
