The record in this case is voluminous, and many points have been raised by counsel, in argument. These will be considered, so far as is necessary for the disposition of the case.
The errors assigned are based upon the supposed mistake of the Court of Common Pleas, in the instructions given to the jury, in the refusal to instruct as requested by the plaintiff, and in refusing to grant a new trial.
