The findings of fact by His Honor below are-conclusive upon this Court and we are precluded from any inquiry into their correctness; and if we were not the evidence satisfies us that the facts have been truly found.
We also concur with Ilis Honor in his conclusions of law and for the reasons stated by him.
There is no error.
