1. Embezzlement: construction of statute. The appellant was charged with the offense of embezzling the funds in the county treasury of Leavenworth county. He was tried and convicted, and from the judgment of the district court appeals. Several errors-are alleged, two of which raise the question of the sufficiency of the information.
