Plaintiff Retiree, Inc. (“Retiree”) filed this action against Defendants Dana Anspach (“Anspach”) and Sensible Money, LLC, seeking to permanently enjoin Defendants from violating the parties’ confidentiality and non-compete agreement (the “Agreement”) and to enforce the liquidated damages provision contained in the Agreement.
