Defendant, John Dwyer, appeals his jury convictions in the district court for Lancaster County on one count of robbery, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-324 (Reissue 1985), and one count of use of a weapon during the commission of a felony, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-1205(1) (Reissue 1985). The defendant was sentenced to the state Department of Correctional Services for a term of 2 to 4 years on each count, with the sentences to be served consecutively.
