Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Pines, J.), entered March 10, 1998, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to modify the child support provisions of the parties’ separation agreement.

By the terms of the parties’ agreement, which acknowledged compliance with the Child Support Standards Act (Family Ct Act § 413), petitioner agreed to pay $900 per month for a period of 18 months as of August 1, 1993 and further acknowledged that his three children would receive Social Security benefits in addition…
