OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for attempted arson where the punishment was assessed at 7 years.

The appellant waived trial by jury and entered a plea of not guilty before the court.

Joe T. Crawford testified he saw the appellant on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin between 8:30 p. m. and 9 p. m. on May 6, 1970, while some anti-war demonstrations were being held.
