This is an action for damages claimed under the Death by Wrongful Act Statute, §§ 8321-8326, inclusive, Comp. Laws 1913.

The action is brought by the plaintiff, Joseph Stejskal, against the defendant, a physician, for damages on account of the death of plaintiff’s unmarried daughter. The complaint alleges that her death was due to negligent treatment and improper care by the defendant while acting as her physician.
