OPINION

BARKER, Judge.

¶ 1 Douglas Dean Starr (“Defendant”) appeals his convictions for possession of marijuana for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The convictions arose from the discovery of marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia in Defendant’s vehicle following a traffic stop. Defendant raises a number of issues regarding the denial of his motion to suppress evidence. Defendant contends the initial traffic stop that led to the search of his vehicle was unlawful because he did not commit a traffic violation. We address that argument in…
