Mississippi Valley Electric Company, admittedly engaged in interstate commerce, brought suit in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans to enjoin picketing by the General Truck Drivers, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers, Local 270, A. F. of L. The union picket lines consisted of one picket before each of the company’s two places of business in the City of New *41Orleans, and the picketing was conceded to he peaceful.
