Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed November 15, 1985, which ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive benefits because he failed to comply with registration requirements.

On May 7, 1985, claimant was allegedly informed that BRI was filing for bankruptcy and that he would not be paid for his previous week’s work.
