OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

McCORMICK, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was convicted of driving while intoxicated. The trial court sentenced him to ninety days of confinement, probated for twelve months, and assessed a $1200 fine. The State moved to revoke appellant’s probation for several reasons based on a DWI offense the State claimed appellant committed in Cameron County after he had been placed on probation for the present offense. At the revocation hearing the State introduced a facsimile transmission of a certified copy of the judgment in the Cameron County DWI…
