Smith, Judge.

Adolfo Flores, Oscar Flores, and Jesus Montijo were charged by special presentment with armed robbery and burglary. Montijo and Adolfo Flores were also charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. A jury convicted Adolfo Flores and Montijo of armed robbery, burglary, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. The jury found Oscar Flores guilty of armed robbery and burglary. Motions for new trial or for judgment notwithstanding the verdict filed by Montijo and Oscar Flores were denied, and these two defendants appeal. We find no error,…
