1 This appeal questions the propriety of an order appointing a receiver pendente lite in the above action, which was brought to recover possession of a house and lot in Greenwood, S. C., or alternatively to bar defendant’s equity of redemption, if any, therein. Respondent moves to dismiss the appeal upon the ground that notice of intention to appeal was not served in time.
