Ron Savage and a group of his friends had a few drinks at the Rusty Scupper Restaurant on Windy Hill Road and Interstate North, in Cobb County. When the restaurant closed at about 2:00 a.m., Ron left his automobile in the restaurant’s parking lot, and he and his friends left to continue their drinking and/or entertainment elsewhere. When he returned to retrieve his automobile at around 3:00 a.m., he walked into the “woods” to relieve his bladder, only to fall 70 feet to his death over a concealed precipice adjacent to the parking lot, the lack of warnings or barricades…
