Oliver Willis appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Western District of Arkansas, following a bench trial finding that his former employer, the United States Postal Service (“Postal Service”), did not violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 et seq.
