Cross motions for summary judgment have been filed in this dischargeability action. Plaintiffs contend a judgment in favor of John Harrison Hill and against Theodore Wesley Hill, the debtor, initially obtained on July 21, 1950, and timely renewed as required by statute,1 should be excepted from discharge pursuant to § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code.
