Tolub, J.), entered on or about February 19, 2009, which denied defendants’ motion to vacate a default order entered five weeks earlier, unanimously reversed, on the law, the facts and in the exercise of discretion, without costs, and the motion granted on condition that defendants’ counsel pay the sum of $1,000 to plaintiffs counsel within 30 days of service of a copy of this order.
