This is an appeal from a final judgment. The transcript filed in this Court contains what appears to be a copy of the *215stenographer’s report of the evidence submitted at the trial. This is not included in any bill of exceptions or statement of the case settled and allowed by the judge who- tried the cause1. The only identification accompanying it is a certificate by the stenographer that it is a true, correct and complete transcript of his shorthand notes of all the testimony introduced at the trial, and the following stipulation by counsel: “We, the undersigned, counsel for the plaintiff and…
