Orren F. Dodds is here complaining of a final decree rendered in a certain chancery suit lately pending in the Circuit Court of Montgomery county, Virginia. The final decree [was entered at the July term, 1927, of the court. The suit was instituted by Dodds for the purpose of enforcing the specific performance of a contract and to set aside a deed from O. K. Lafon and wife to E. B. Lafon as a cloud upon the title of certain Radford real estate which Lafon sold to the appellant-in exchange for certain timber which the appellant owned in West Virginia.
