| ilntervenor, Allen Borne, Jr., appeals the trial court’s granting’of summary judgment in favor of defendant Alstate Insurance Company) L.L.C. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Approximately fourteen years ago, on May 20, 2002, plaintiff Kimberly Moe was injured in a two-car automobile accident. Ms. Moe initially hired attorney Allen Borne, Jr., to represent her in connection with this accident.
