Iii this case the respondent having obtained from tbe United States Circuit Court, in a suit in equity, judgment against the Atlantic Delaine Company, took out her execution,' and it was, in pursuance of an order of her attorneys, Messrs. Jenckes & Parsons, indorsed thereon, levied by the United States marshal on the property of the present complainant, Josi'ah Chapin, it being claimed that he was a stockholder in the said corporation at the time the liability accrued, and that they had the right so to levy it by the provisions of the statute of Rhode Island regulating manufacturing…
