The Appellants/Plaintiffs, Robert K. Reinmiller Living Trust (“Reinmiller”) and Timothy and Paula Matthews (collectively, “the Matthews”), filed a complaint to challenge a legal survey completed on behalf of their neighbors, the Appellees/Defendants, Jeffrey L. and Karen Metschuleit (collectively, “the Metschuleits”) and Glenn and Moira Nix (collectively, “the Nixes”).
