IRIZARRY, District Judge.
Plaintiff Tammy Lee Spielberg appeals from the Commissioner of Social Security’s determination that she is not disabled and thus not entitled to Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Income under the Social Security Act. Plaintiffs claim for benefits is based on post traumatic stress syndrome, anxiety, fears, and phobias.
