LANDRY, Judge.

Defendant (Appellant) appeals from judgment enjoining construction of multifamily dwellings on certain lots in Broadm-oor Heights Subdivision (Broadmoor), Ter-rebonne Parish, in alleged violation of building restrictions limiting use to single family dwellings. The issues presented are: (1) May a non-owner holding an option to purchase impose valid building restrictions on real property prior to actual acquisition of record; and (2) If valid, are such restrictions sufficiently express in this instance to constitute public notice.
