The decision and order on defendant’s application is as follows:

Defendant, former husband, moves by order to show cause (sequence No. 015) for an order: (1) staying the signing of the judgment of divorce; (2) vacating the parties’ so-ordered stipulation dated March 9, 2015 regarding arrears; (3) vacating any arrears accrued under that stipulation nun pro tunc; (4) granting defendant a downward modification of his ongoing child support obligation; and (5) granting defendant expanded visitation with the subject children.
