THIS IS a Chapter 11 case and the matter under consideration is á contract action brought by the Plaintiff, Key Petroleum, Inc. (Key), against 6804 East, Inc. (Debtor). The above-styled adversary proceeding was commenced by a two count complaint filed by Key. Key seeks specific performance of a lease and marketing agreement entered into with the Debtor.
