Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Prior, Jr., J.), entered September 22, 1980 in Sullivan County, which denied defendants’ motion for a further bill of particulars and granted plaintiffs’ cross motion for further discovery. This action seeks damages resulting from medical malpractice allegedly perpetrated upon plaintiff Shirley A.
