MEMORANDUM OPINION
BRYAN, District Judge.
This is a copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition action which probably would never have occurred but for the modern computer. It evolves from an electrical estimating labor manual used by electrical contractors and estimators to prepare bids on contracts for the construction of projects such as office buildings, schools and hospitals.
