Plaintiff-Appellant Mark Hudson (“Hudson”) appeals from a motion for summary judgment granted by the district court in favor of Defendants-Appellees. Hudson filed suit on October 28, 2008, against his employer Schlumberger Technology Corporation (“STC”), Alpha Marine Services, Inc. (“Alpha”), and BP Exploration and Production, Inc. (“BP”) for injuries he sustained while aboard the MW C-Commander (the “vessel”). The vessel was owned and operated by Alpha, though a BP representative was aboard the vessel.
