This was an action of ejectment, brought by the plaintiff against the defendant in error, for six lots in O’Hara’s Addition to St. Louis, making together one hundred and eighty feet by eighty feet: plea, not guilty; on which there was a verdict and judgment for the defendant; to reverse which, the plaintiff prosecutes this writ of error.
