The complainant, appellant here, instituted this suit by way of an attachment in chancery against Alvin Wunderlich, T. L. Shannon & Bro., Inc., and A. K. Tigrett, agent and trustee, all nonresidents of this state; the suit having been originally instituted in the chancery court of Holmes county. Separate demurrers were filed by each of the defendants, and were sustained. Leave was granted to the appellant to amend his bill, and, by consent, the cause was transferred to the chancery court of Madison county.
